Team: Research Operations​​

What I do: 

• Guide 27 UX Researchers through the process of participant recruitment, vendor management, and survey development

• Design and write monthly company-wide Research & Insights internal newsletter to 3K employees using Staffbase

• Track 10+ projects in JIRA/Airtable, ensure compensation is delivered via Ethnio, and collect NDAs in Qualtrics

• Mobilize research logistics across 5 teams and act as main point of contact for participant during recruiting cycle

• Author mass email and survey sends to 10K+ customers weekly via Megaphone for research session recruiting

• Ethnio - UX research management: scheduling, screening, recruiting, & paying

• Jira - Project tracker

• Staffbase - Internal newsletter creation
