What I did: 

• Completed 200 projects total through the stages of creative development, stakeholder feedback, and production support

• Managed 70+ projects simultaneously in Workfront during peak COVID-19 regulation changes and updates

• Collaborated with 2 project managers to plan web and print deliverables for CRM and B2B business lines

• Led a 10-person creative team through weekly brainstorming sessions to develop process improvements

• Delegated tasks to our 150-person internal agency team of campaign managers, designers, and writers
